Shielding Yourself for Psychic Protection

If you are going to be in a situation that is stressful and where there will be lower energies (ie. public place or around angry people), it is very important to energetically shield yourself. People who are empaths and are very sensitive to others emotions will tend to absorb the negative energy. I know that is the case for me and I need to shield myself before I go anywhere.

To shield yourself is very simple. You just need to imagine yourself completely enveloped in whatever colour of light you want and you can also do your car, home or other people. The shields do wear off so you will need to reapply them every 12 hours.

Some examples of the coloured lights that you can use for your shield and what situation they are good for:

White Light: Good for protection against crime and physical attack and it invokes angels around you.

Pink Light: Protects against negativity and is good for situations when you are around negative people who are complaining, gossiping. Only love is able to penetrate the pink shield.

Green Light: A physical healing shield for use when you or someone you know is injured or ill.

Purple Light: Psychic protection and shields against psychic attack and entities.

Mirrored ball: When you feel vulnerable, envision yourself stepping inside a mirrored ball and all negative energy will bounce off the ball.

Lead Shield: This is the ultimate shield against negativity. See or feel yourself completely surrounded by lead metal which nothing can penetrate.

Triple Shield: Pick three or more colours and layer them on top of each other for more protection.
